Vedder Crossing Bridge

The Vedder Crossing Bridge (1948) is still in use today...
here the river makes an interesting name change...
on east side of the bridge the river is called the Chilliwack River
and on the west side, the Vedder River.

I am not a fisherwoman : ),
but this is a very well known popular fishing area.

  1. Now, I didn't know that Nell. I wonder why it is 2 different names. There must be a story behind this. ;)

  2. Look at all the little birds in your last shot...they almost looked like the rocks. I really had to look close to know they were birds!

  7. Love the pictures Nell. I've never visited the Vedder Crossing Bridge but since I live in BC it does look intriguing and inviting.

I'm really enjoying visiting everyone from the GYB Party. Lots more places to see but it truly is a great way of meeting new friends. Hope you will drop by and say hello.
