Ice



The last week has seen freezing temperatures,
creating ice patterns on puddles and.....





...there is so much salt on the road
it appears a startling white.

    I love that kind of ice on water or puddles. As a child we'd love to break it with our rubber boots or see how long we could walk on it before it broke. That sure is a lot of salt on the road! I hate to think that it ends up in our water don't you? It's the same here too. :(

    Wow, that salt looks like ice...that is a lot of salt. They use sand on the icy roads here.
