Hi! My name is Nell and I am joining Vicki's
"Grow your Blog".
A big Thanks to Vicki!
I am a Christian wife, mother and grandmother
and began this blog in 2011 so as to have a reasonable excuse
for taking so many photos, while my dear husband
waits patiently, ... so patiently while
I take one more photo.
I enjoy taking photos of God's beautiful world,
I spend hours tending my large flower garden,
running is my best medicine,
and I love music. : )
We live in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
Last August, while visiting Lake Louise
we hiked ran up the trail
to the teahouse...
(The Lake Agnes tea house, rebuilt in 1981
has been serving tea since 1905)
... a rustic teahouse that
offers a menu of at least
a hundred different teas.
We enjoyed the expansive view
as we sipped our hot chocolate,
a memorable morning
in God's beautiful world.
(yes, they had hot chocolate on the menu as well. : )

Well, we have some things in common as I too love photography and my husband has to hang around and wait while I take photos. I think he should pick up a camera too.

ReplyDeleteWhen you're surrounded by such incredible beauty, you absolutely don't have to make excuses to take yet one more photo....
ReplyDeleteWowzers, I would love to live there. I do love Manitoba, but I sure would love a mountain or two to break up all this flat prairie ;)

ReplyDeleteHello Nell - I am here from 2 Bags Full.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a teenager we vacationed at Lake Louise. I can't imagine me running up to the Tea House. Although one of my bucket list items is to run a half-marathon in BC. ;)
Your photos are gorgeous. I never heard of a snowberry before. Thanks for sharing.
Your photos are wonderful, I love taking photos, too, especially of flowers and landscapes. I'm looking forward to your next post.
