Hiking the Ridge

 
After a 45 minute, steep switchback climb
beginning near the Coquihalla highway rest area,
the hike to Needle peak, on a gorgeous sunny day,
 continuous along the ridge...

 
...with open views on both sides,
showing layer upon layer of mountains.
