Horse Trail

 
Another lovely day for the trails,
..here we are heading up the zigzaging Watt Creek trail...

 
...steep in parts, but in excellent shape,
 this well groomed horse trail meanders
through the tree covered mountainside
in Cultus Lake Provincial park.

 
Nearing the crest of the first climb...
 
 

 
...we can enjoy the views of the Sword fern
which grows abundantly here as a ground cover.

    Beautiful trail for a hike, but a bit challenging for the legs I'm thinking!
