(Styrax Japanicus - Pink Chimes)
This lovely Japanese Snowbell tree...
was given to us as an anniversary gift
a number of years ago...
...and now, along with the busy humming bees,
we are enjoying it's lovely fragrance
and delicate flowers.

We are having bee colony collapse here in the States. I hope they find the cure to the problem soon. Glad you are not having a problem. Your tree is gorgeous.

ReplyDeleteVisiting from the Tuesday Garden Party.... Thank you from a beekeeper! I have a tree in my yard (no idea what kind) and when it blooms and I stand under it, it sounds like a whole beehive. I have never experienced anything like it. Kind of primal!
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful tree/bush and I've never seen one before. Gorgeous blossoms on it! Enjoy the day. Pam
